Returns & Exchange Policy

• You have twenty-four (24) hours from the time your order is placed to cancel without penalty.

• Our return policy is seven (7) days from the date you receive your jewelry.

• Returned merchandise can be used for an exchange or refund less a restocking fee, if applicable.

• There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on all custom built merchandise.

• All Special women’s ring sizing (rings smaller than 4.5 and larger than 8) and all men’s rings smaller than a 7.5 and larger than 11 that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Please call (714) 458-3779 or e-mail info@mygemfinder.com for a Return Merchandise Number. Please state the reason why you want to return or exchange the merchandise.

• No merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Number.

• All returns must be properly packaged to avoid damage and in its original packaging. Include a letter with the invoice number, Return Merchandise Number, reason for return, your full name, e-mail address, address, and daytime telephone number.

• Please send all returns to:

• Once GemFinder has received your return it will be inspected to be sure that it is in “New and Unused Condition.” This implies that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes, and that the merchandise has not been sized or altered in any way. GemFinder cannot accept return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

• Once a refund is issued, it will be in the original form of payment, except for personal checks, money orders, and wire transfers, which will be refunded by a company check.
