I wanted to leave my sincerest thanks to Gemfinder and the owner, Faye Clary. Faye went above and beyond the normal scope of customer service. I designed a bracelet for my mom and after connecting with Gemfinder, they made it perfectly. When I got it, I noticed the clasp was different than what I’d ordered and thought the bracelet might be too small. Within thirty minutes, Faye had fixed the clasp and added a few more crystals. I really haven’t experienced such fabulous service and reasonable rates until now. I will definitely recommend Gemfinder to anyone looking for jewelry!
